YourHub · bespoke information hubs

Your team.
Your work.
All together.

A hub gives a small charity one clear starting point for the information it uses every day. YourHub shows what that could look like, with a working example you can explore.

A fictional charity. A working demonstration.

Welcome to ArtsEventsCo.

The demo brings together 25 events, 10 venues and 15 shows, alongside people, board papers, finances and funder reporting. All names, organisations and figures are fictional. No login is needed, and changes you try reset when the demo reloads.

Made for your organisation

Start small. Make it useful. Build from there.

Your own hub would be shaped around your team’s work, rather than copying every part of this demonstration. We would agree the features, information, access and any connections to existing systems before building. The demo uses fictional data in your browser; a live system’s storage and permissions would be part of that separate plan.

1. Find the friction

What gets lost, copied or chased?

2. Choose a starting point

Agree a useful first version, scope and cost.

3. Try it together

Refine it with the people who will use it.

Start with a conversation

What would YourHub look like for you?

Tell me where things get tangled. We’ll agree a useful starting point, the scope and the cost.
